I had a conversation with Chris around 1994. We were standing beside my old 1965 Mustang Fastback deliberating on the amazing lines of this particular model. Carroll Shelby had seen it and made it famous in his GT350 cars. A couple of months later I ran into Chris and learnt that he had sold his ultraclean '67 coupe to make way for an early fastback. Well, life goes on and people move on. Fast forward to greasefest '07 or '08 bit hazy on that one....a chance meeting again revealed the recent purchase of a tired but rare 66 GT A code fastback. And a stickshift to boot. Ohhh happy day!!!!

The question was asked and with not too much cajoling we excitedly agreed to help Chris get this classic back to her former glory. Basically a stock restoration with some minor secret enhancements, we're just busting to get it finished for him. Chris has diligently planned and purchased all the necessary parts out of the USA. While this bodyline lends itself to the silky resplendence of springtime yellow, we must refinish it in the correct Silver Frost as per instructions.....oh well....
